Dan McGlinn

Dan McGlinn is the Director of Operations at Grey Fox Wealth Advisors. Prior to joining Grey Fox Wealth, he served as Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer at Outerlands Capital Management, a Registered Investment Advisor based in New York City. Before that role, Dan was the general partner of a fund he founded.

At Outerlands, Dan helped launch the firm’s business operations and private fund offerings. He oversaw back-office functions, compliance, and regulatory processes, establishing the operational infrastructure necessary to support growth.

Dan is passionate about giving back to his community. He serves as the President of the Notre Dame Club of Philadelphia, supporting thousands of Notre Dame alumni, parents, and friends in the Philadelphia area.

Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Design Thinking from the University of Notre Dame, where he also captained the club water polo team.

Dan lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Mary Claire.
