Elliot Lauzen

Elliot Lauzen is an Advisor at Grey Fox Wealth Advisors, bringing 15 years of asset management, private equity, and investment banking experience to the firm. Prior to joining Grey Fox, Elliot worked at William Blair, Altaris Capital, and, most recently, Flexpoint Ford in Chicago, where he served as a Principal in a senior investing role. 

Throughout his career, Elliot has focused on helping business owners and families evaluate opportunities, make thoughtful financial decisions, and navigate complex transitions. He has worked closely with founders, leadership teams, and trusted partners to support growth strategies, improve operational effectiveness, and guide mergers, acquisitions, and other significant liquidity events. Elliot remains an active advisor and board member to three of his investments, including YPrime (clinical trial technology), ArtesRx (behavioral health-focused pharmacy), and Apollo Care (patient support solutions).  

Elliot graduated with honors from Harvard University, where he played four years of varsity football and completed four years of research at Harvard Medical School. Elliot earned a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California. 

Elliot lives in Hinsdale, Illinois with his wife, Kristin, and their three children: Annie, Madeline, and Sam.
