Jeff Sareyka

Jeff Sareyka is a Partner at Grey Fox Tax Advisors. He previously served as Corporate Controller at the Buccini Pollin Group, where he oversaw the real estate management company and acted as tax preparer for more than 180 development and real estate entities within the firm’s portfolio. This role deepened Jeff’s passion for the real estate industry, allowing him to apply complex real estate tax law while leading, managing, and investing in a high-performing corporate accounting team.

Earlier in his career, Jeff worked at a local CPA firm specializing in construction and real estate clients. As a supervisor, he supported clients across both tax and audit engagements and later earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

In 2019, Jeff founded All Squared Financial Group, providing bookkeeping, payroll, and consulting services to more than 50 clients. The firm also prepared approximately 250 tax returns, primarily serving real estate and other service-based companies.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wilmington University and is a lifelong Delaware resident. He currently resides in Newark with his wife, Heather, and their family. Jeff is actively involved in his community and serves in a leadership role within his church. In his free time, he enjoys following all Philadelphia sports teams and cheering on University of Delaware football.
